THINK & DECIDE BEYOND THE BOX

How do we teach creativity to a group of people with excellent technical background who have always been very precise and accurate with facts and figures?

That was the challenge I faced in a two-day programme at Mercedes-Benz. It appeared on the first morning that the programme was not going to fare well due to its nature. Well...I'm pleased to report that after the ice has thawed, I learn more from the participants than they from me! It was kind of fun to watch young and promising people make fun of themselves and their circumstances which they have so far taken too seriously.

The key to creativity is, of course, have fun!

Note: The training facilities and food were Mercedes-Benz standard and the organizer was simply superb! Thank you and congratulations to the team of organizers.
